Terms of Service

These terms cover aigraffiti.xyz, the free vector tag and font tools, and the paid AI wall and banner renders. If you buy credits or create an account, you agree to them.

The service

The site lets you make vector graffiti lettering and, with credits, AI images. Features can change. We may pause generation if a provider is down. The free tools do not require an account. Buying credits and saving a portfolio do.

Your exports

You may use files you export for personal and commercial design, including merch, covers, and mockups. You do not get a license to someone else’s name, logo, recorded piece, or trademark just because the tool redrew it. AI output can resemble other images. You have to check that before you ship it to a client.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to plan vandalism, to harass a person, or to generate illegal content. A digital tag is a design file. It is not permission to paint property you do not own or control. Do not attack the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or share login links.

Credits and Stripe

Paid generations use credits. Packs are sold by Stripe in USD. Delivery is immediate once the payment succeeds. The Credits Policy covers the welcome bonus, prices, and expiry (they do not expire). Purchased packs are not refundable, used or unused. Those rules are part of these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email address on the account and for anyone who uses a login link sent to it. We may close an account that abuses credits, files a bad-faith chargeback on spent credits, or breaks the acceptable-use rules.

No warranty

The studio is provided as is. Letterforms, AI images, and exports can be wrong, late, or unusable for a particular brief. We do not guarantee that an export is free of third-party rights, or that a generation will match a reference exactly.
