Credits Policy

Vector street tags and graffiti fonts are free. AI wall scenes and graffiti banners use credits. This page is the rules for both.

What stays free

The graffiti tag generator and graffiti font generator do not charge credits. You can export SVG and 300 DPI PNG from those tools with no watermark. Free exports are for your own design work, including commercial merch, as long as you do not copy someone else’s name or trademark.

What uses credits

Each AI wall generation costs 4 credits. Each graffiti banner render costs 4 credits. A failed request that never returns an image should not reduce your balance; if it does, email hello@aigraffiti.xyz with the time of the attempt.

Welcome bonus

A new signed-in account can claim a one-time bonus of 20 credits. The bonus is not cash, cannot be transferred, and is not paid out if you never claim it. It is the only free grant. We do not drip extra credits for returning visits.

Credit packs

Packs are sold through Stripe. Prices below are in USD and include the credits stated.

• Creator Pack: 200 credits for $9.90. Credits never expire.
• Studio Pack: 1,500 credits for $49.90. Credits never expire.

Buy packs on the Pricing page. Stripe processes the card. We do not store full card numbers.

Refunds

Credits are a digital good delivered immediately. Purchased packs are not refundable, whether the credits are unused or already spent. The welcome bonus is not refundable. Chargebacks may close the account.

If a generation fails and never returns an image but still deducts credits, email hello@aigraffiti.xyz with the time of the attempt and we will restore those credits. That is a balance correction, not a refund of the purchase.
