Privacy Policy

AI Graffiti (aigraffiti.xyz) is a web studio for vector tags, graffiti fonts, and AI wall scenes. This policy covers the data that studio handles. It is written for the product as it ships, not for a generic template.

Account data

If you sign up, we store the email address you provide and a user id through Supabase Auth. We use that email to send login links and, if you ask, billing or privacy replies. We do not sell the address.

Payments

Credit packs are charged by Stripe. Stripe receives the card details. We receive a confirmation: which pack you bought, the amount, and a payment id. We do not store full card numbers or CVC codes on our servers. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers the card data they hold.

What you generate

Prompts, headlines, and reference images you submit for AI walls or graffiti banners are sent to the image provider that runs that request so it can return a picture. Saved portfolio files may be stored in Cloudflare R2. Do not put secrets, other people’s private photos, or data you are not allowed to share into a prompt.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and in-product events. That includes a client identifier in a cookie, pages viewed, and coarse device data. You can block it with your browser’s cookie controls or an analytics blocker. Blocking analytics does not block the tools.

Email

Login and account mail is sent through Resend from a noreply address on aigraffiti.xyz. We do not use that channel for a marketing list unless you separately ask to hear from us.

How long we keep it

Account records last while the account is open. Credit purchase records are kept as long as we need them for tax, fraud, and refund disputes. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing hello@aigraffiti.xyz. We may retain a payment record after deletion if a processor or a legal duty requires it.

Your requests

Email hello@aigraffiti.xyz to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to ask about a Stripe charge. We will reply to the address on the account when we can match the request to one.
